CONSULTATION -Zora's Styling Salon is dedicated to helping clients achieve their Hair and skin care goals. Towards that end, our specialist offer complimentary consultations to better understand each individual’s Hair / skin care needs. Based on a private hair/skin analysis and conversation, both client and Specialist will design a solution plan that will best meet the expectations of the client. SCHEDULING - Appointments are preferred, but not always necessary. If we have available Skin / hair specialist, we will be happy to provide your desired requirement. However, most procedures are booked two weeks in advance. ARRIVAL - Check-in with front desk at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to prepare for your appointment. We require that all new clients fill out skin care history information and treatment consent forms. LATE ARRIVALS - Our scheduling is designed to permit the correct amount of time to complete your service. A late arrival will deprive you of precious service time. In fairness to others, your appointment must end on time so the other client’s sessions can begin on time. If you are not able to be on time we will do our best to complete as much of your session as possible, however with some appointments, it may be necessary to reschedule you. CANCELLATIONS - You Zora's appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance for single services and 48 hours for appointments lasting over 2 hours. All services re-scheduled or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of scheduled treatment. If appointments are missed with no prior notification, 100% of treatment will be charged. PRODUCT RETURNS - Your satisfaction is our utmost concern. If you are not satisfied with one of your products, please bring in the product with your receipt within one weeks of the purchase. We will gladly exchange the full value of the returned product for a product or products that are more suited to your desired result. If you do not wish to have a product exchange, we would be happy to give you a credit towards one of our services or a refund credited back to you in the same method of payment used for purchase. There is no return on hair extensions and make- up. PAYMENT - Zora's styling Salon and Spa accepts cash, checks, Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. Please do…. Inform our front desk staff if you have any special needs or concerns to allow us to ensure your time spent with us a memorable experience. STANDARD POLICY - A credit card number or gift certificate number is required to secure all appointments. GRATUITIES - Gratuities are at your discretion and are not included in any service or package. VALUABLES - We are not responsible for lost or stolen items and encourage you to leave valuables at home. Use of Client Images: Zora’s Styling Salon and Spa will, on occasion, ask our clients to serve as models for our in-house style book, print advertising and our website. Gift cards: Zora’s Styling Salon and Spa Gift cards are available for any of our services. Salon Packages and Group Packages: Our salon will be happy to customize a package to fit your beauty needs. We also are happy to create group packages for our services (with advance notice). Zora’s Styling Salon and Spa will, on occasion, ask our clients to serve as models for our in-house style book, print advertising and our Website all prices are subject to change without notice.
